They must be at least 18 years old and be US citizens. They must demonstrate financial need and show evidence that they are likely to succeed in achieving their goals.Awards do not exceed $5,000 and are paid directly to the facility providing the needed services. The funds may be used tuition at universities, colleges, technology and trade schools, supplies,equipment, books, fees, bus passes and child care.
